Behind Room 102 is a story-driven dystopian inspection game set in a nation struggling with crime, corruption, and weakening government control.
Players take on the role of Marek, a man trying to support his family after losing the career that once provided stability. Desperate for work, he accepts a position at a hotel near the border, where every guest must be inspected before receiving a room.
At first glance, the job appears straightforward: verify documents, identify inconsistencies, and enforce government regulations. But beneath the surface lies a far more dangerous reality. The hotel's owner has his own illegal operation to run, and not every decision is made according to official rules.
As new tools and responsibilities become available, players must investigate guests, evaluate risks, and make increasingly difficult choices. Some decisions may protect your livelihood. Others may protect your conscience. Few will allow you to keep both.
With branching storylines, multiple endings, and a world shaped by competing interests, Behind Room 102 challenges players to navigate a system where survival often comes at a cost.
